Description:

To maintain daily attendance through TIS software, pulling and posting of attendance.  To Update earned casual & sick leave status of employees and process leave applications. Follow-up colleagues for not swap in, not swap out and absent reports to maintain attendance.  To document and update employee appointment, transfer and promotions record in TIS System. Maintenance of TIS software and Hardware and upcountry offices connectivity.  To provide attendance reports to Manager HR and Management.  To Verify cash reimbursement voucher of Lunch, Dinner and conveyance. Prepare monthly overtime.  To Respond the variety of requests from employees by telephone or email related to HR policies.  To timely circulate the HR related reports as per the current reporting schedule.  To make and provide HR related report to Deputy Manager HR and Management.  To highlight the gaps and give recommendation for improvement.  To provide backup to HR department when any colleague is on leave or engaged in training session.  Any other job assigned by Manager HR
