Manager Accounts required at Master Group of Industries

Description:

1) Ensure full implication of International Accounting Standards (IAS)

2) Supervise accounts staff to ensure accurate bookkeeping

3) Authorize all ledger postings and  review reconciliation of party ledgers 

4)  Authorize routine payments on daily basis

5) Make all necessary arrangements for salary payments

6) Liaison with banks and settle routine issues as and when needed  

7) Reconcile  accounting data with ERP data

8) Authorize Bank Reconciliation statements for all company bank accounts

9) Supervise monthly stock takes at factories, compile repot and present to Manager Accounts and Finance

10) Coordinating with factory cost accountant to acquire and review production data

11)  Ensure full implication of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

12) Prepare monthly financial statements and report to Senior Manager Accounts and Finance

13) Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements with ratio analysis & working capital reports and report to Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

14) Originate all correspondence related to accounts department
