Description:
A Lahore based FMCG company is looking for a Male candidate
Responsible for maintaining the compensation programs to attract and retain a high caliber workforce.
Supervise benefits and incentive structures and levels that are cost effective, market competitive(based on salary surveys conducted on yearly basis) and equitable in driving performance retaining key talent and delivering business benefit.
Participate in the annual salary survey and suggest structural changes and revision in salary slabs accordingly.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Gather data from various departments for headcount budgeting; negotiate number requirement and cost implication with HODs before inclusion into final budget.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, Negotiating contracts and salary negotiations for new hires.
Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to compensation and rewards.
