Description:

Hospital Solutions is looking for a business support executive for its head office based in Karachi. The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions in the course of his employment.

1. Take responsibility for all matters related to Quotations, Invoices, and delivery Challans,

2. Manage the filing and record keeping,

3. Ensure office equipment and facilities (e.g. printers, photocopier) are maintained properly and in working state,

4. Manage the day to day relationships with the finance department,

5. Ensures that a value for money services are maintained.
